Welcome to the South Eastern School District Online Academy handbook! Through a partnership with Imagine Learning®, a fully accredited online distance-learning platform for students in grades K-12, the SESD Online Academy works to create a personalized learning program to fit our students’ educational needs.
This handbook has been developed to provide the student and parent / guardian with an overview of the SESD Online Academy, its support systems, guidelines, expectations, and important policies and procedures. SESD Online Academy students remain enrolled in their respective brick-and-mortar home building and will use the school as a resource. It is important to remember that the SESD Online Academy is a part of a public school system, and therefore must comply with various state and federal regulations.
